Hello All,

Dale and I have been communicating about the recent problems with the Forum here at pspowerbooks.com. It has been decided to retire the Forum and move all author & conversational interactions over to Patreon.

Over the next week or so, I'll be closing down the Forum and creating redirects to start funneling visitors of the Forum over to that URL (the main website showing all the books will be staying).

Thank you everyone for your participation on the Forum these past several years! See you on Patreon!!

p.s. Sorry about all of the coding errors. They reset nightly these days and I can't keep up with changing the code that often... :(

Re: Well, It looks like the good times are over!

I'm going to try to address a number of points, which likely means that I won't do a good job at addressing any of them. 1 Bad reviews on amazon: As I've stated earlier in a forum post, there are a number of steps that can be taken, including having people who liked the book post a positive review (...

Re: Well, It looks like the good times are over!

7 People found that review non-helpful, so I wouldn't worry too much. There are some issues with explaining some of the other characters and even some of the races if it's to be a stand alone series. The Alede are fairly well introduced and the shifters too, but Trollenkeine are left as an unknown ...

Re: Well, It looks like the good times are over!

Amazon won't do that. Honestly, even if it were filled with bald faced lies, and this could be opinion, they wouldn't touch it. It's hard to get hate speech removed. Something like this won't be happening. The hard part is that I get to watch the sales fall off now, and all three books suffer for i...

Re: Well, It looks like the good times are over!

Um... The books were written to be stand alone. Yes, other characters, form other books, have been used, but ALL of them are explained. So is whole situation. But hey, that's cool, if you don't think so. Just, this was a lot of work for one person to get to sabotage. I won't do it again though, if ...

Re: Well, It looks like the good times are over!

My own take from this review is that you should clearly label in the book description that this is not a standalone series and that readers should start with either Keeley or Zach books first. (I don't think the universes converge until after at least the first books in each series) This is only obv...

Re: Eve Benson: Vampire books 1-3 released now!

It likely wouldn't matter when viewing results from search by author name, but might matter when the books show up under Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought links from other books. (nice looking covers will generally get more views)

Re: Eve Benson: Vampire books 1-3 released now!

Those covers are excellent, although the one on the second book looks a little like Kristen Stewart. :) I wonder if redoing some of the earlier books covers would help boost sales? Those covers, while decent are not as eye catching as the more recent ones. (I think the Dead End ones and the early YA...

Re: Progress!

It's starting to get to the point that I am checking the site frequently to see if call for readers has gone out yet. Still hoping it will be sometime today.

Are there three different covers for the books yet that will be showing up on the website?

Re: Wiki Disclaimer

As for the link to the Wikipedia article, how about we place a "For additional information..." type link at the bottom of the disclaimer? If so, what do you recommend for the link's text? I would just make the word spoiler the link text. (See back several messages where I gave two samples...

Re: Wiki Disclaimer

Also, I would still insert a link to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spoiler_(media)
