It's either a meme, signified by a clown over a globe, that means "this world MUST be led by clowns!" OR it's a neo-Nazi campaign, using Pepe the Frog in a clown wig, with the words "honk-honk" over the top. (Which means... Honkey honkey? I don't see the tie in, but apparently there is one, in the minds of some people.)
Regardless, the tie between clown, mimes and Hitler is now set! Remember that the next time you see a clown entertaining children. They just might be extolling the virtues of the master race.
A race of CLOWNS!

Do you want to look at the interwebs and find your wife, daughter, husband or son under a search about cream pies? I think not!

The TLDR on this one. A boy hears a woman scream in the woods... Then a clown emerges to hit him in the knee with a metal bat. Thus crippled, the boy is helpless as the clown runs back into the woods. (Presumably to do something bad to the woman who was screaming... Unless the clown WAS the woman?)
Be on the lookout in your own area and report all suspicious masked activity. It is very possible that clowns will soon be hiding behind other types of masks to throw off law enforcement. They may, for instance, wears presidential masks, since politicians and clowns share common ancestry, or so I've heard.
They might also try to join a violent "Black Bloc" formation, blending in to commit their terrible crimes without being arrested for it. Remember to report anyone that is acting suspicious, wearing a mask, too much face paint or attempting to purchase cream pies in bulk, with large orders of seltzer water.
Only by pulling together and being vigilant will we defeat the painted menace!

I'd ask why this kind of thing happens, but I'm actually working on a theory that can both predict and perhaps help reduce, this kind of thing. (Violence in general...)

In Europe, a man in a clown mask knifed another fellow. This is the danger zone, people realizing that masks, ones that people think of as largely harmless, can be used to commit crimes.
*Which people have by and large forgotten over the years. It used to be a lot more common.
